Job Description
As a Senior Partner Success Manager, you will deliver on our strategy to build mind share and adoption of Ozow’s payment services across our most strategic business partners and customers. You will be responsible for new Partner and Enterprise Client implementation and relationship management as well as ensuring adoption of and engagement with Ozow’s payment platform.


You will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and overall end customer adoption across all market segments through channel partner engagement. The ideal candidate has both a business background that enables them to engage at the CxO level and a sales background that enables them to easily interact with enterprise customers and field sales reps. You should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions. Your broad responsibilities will include helping to define and execute against the Channel program, establishing business and technical relationships, and managing the day-to-day interactions with these organizations in order to build long-term business and marketing opportunities



You Will:

  • Build and maintain trusted consultative relationships with Partners and Enterprise Clients
  • Transition new Partners and Enterprise Clients into the company seamlessly
  • Work with executive sponsors to design and execute a success plan for each Partner/Client
  • Drive planning sessions to ensure Channel Partner can fully leverage Ozow to meet their performance and operational efficiency goals
  • Drive expansion opportunities with each Partner and Enterprise Client
  • Conduct regular business reviews with Partners/Clients
  • Develop and implement best practices for effective Partner/Client management
  • Establish a standard cadence of communication internally and externally to ensure success
  • Consistently exceed quota and key performance metrics



You Have:

  • A Strong technical acumen
  • The ability to analyse different data sets to uncover patterns and themes that lead to consumer/market insights
  • Experience working within the payments industry (highly desired)
  • Experience working in the territory with channel partners and customers
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks while working in high pressure and fast-paced environment
  • A team player with cross-functional awareness
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intrapreneurial drive-in leading Channel strategy and execution
  • Ability to be proactive in identifying problems and solutions
  • Superior client service and relationship skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Skills & Qualifications

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of experience in sales or account management in the software/fintech industry with a history of exceeding quota and key performance metrics
  • Experience engaging senior executives and familiarity with decision-making processes in enterprise customers
  • Verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work across internal and external organizations
  • Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams including direct and channel marketing, solution architect teams, product management, and account management teams
  • Strong Sales and technical acumen
